How To Install*

1. Visit https://www.norton.com/setup on a web browser.

2. Create an account, and if you don’t have one it’s easy, just use your email address.

3. Enter the 25-digit product key.

4. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

  I specified a number of options on my base choice and prior to ordering, I spoke to Chris Johnson of Sales to ask if there were any potential issues with the final set-up. He very soon worked out that the CPU cooling I had selected, would not fit the case I'd chosen! After Chris had done some research, he recommneded another, more suitable case. I then asked if there was sufficient space for me to install a BluRay writer I had. He then suggested, that if I sent the writer to him, he would ensure it was installed and tested in my new computer. This, I did. You don't get better service than that anywhere! i've had three previous MESH machines over the years - all of them lasted years each with no problems. Many thanks to the people of MESH - You've done it again!

  Very pleased with my new desktop. It arrived much quicker than predicted when I ordered it, and so far seems to be performing well and has all the power and functionality I require. It also looks good, with the multi-coloured lighting scheme - I've even moved it from the floor onto my desk as it looks too good to hide away. My only criticism is the lack of documentation that came with it. Previous Mesh PCs I have bought came with 'getting started' guides and a labelled picture to show what the different ports are. There was nothing other than the motherboard manual and a manual for the video card included in the package I received. Fortunately I am fairly savvy with computers, so I didn't have any issues setting up and attaching all my peripherals, but an inexperieinced user may not have found this so easy

  I first contacted Chris in 2021 and he came up with a great spec for me but business problems prevented me going ahead. Fast forward to April 2023 and Farzad and Chris came up with an upgrade to the standard Video Editing Pro (primarily processor and cooling mods). I mention all this for two reasons: Mesh provide great customer service and they don't patronise non-techy people like me. The PC came within the week and it is lightening quick. Just a note - make sure you have HDMI connection for your screen.

  Despite me asking for a few changes such as silent fans and a larger case, it arrived within 3 days. It is indeed silent and super fast. I have not tried video processing yet but going by the speed of ordinary tasks it should be a vast improvement on my previous PC.
