2. Create an account, and if you don’t have one it’s easy, just use your email address.

3. Enter the 25-digit product key.

4. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

  Pi4 Bullseye broke Kdenlive. I need new video processing machine and settled on Ryzen 5. ETA Prime makes great YouTube videos on what you can expect. Mesh was the first supplier that made customization easy. So I spec Ryzen 5 5600G with a single 32GB Ram chip (max 128GB) Machine arrived within 2 working days. 10 out of 10 for arrival. I also spec additional cooling fan, gaming keyboard/mouse, 3TB drive. Bought internal BluRay drive. What a great machine. Came with Windows 11 Pro - which I was a little wary of. But seems ok. BIOS needs to be changed; allow GPU extra memory. Javi has to download the AMD software - unleashed GPU. So I have 250GB OS and 500GB NVMe. Then 1TB SSD 3 TB for videos (these BluRay rips are around 26GB) I added a cannibalized WD2GO 3TB disk, the BluRay RW (that can also be firmware downgraded to play UHD disks!). And today I added an external 8TB Seagate. The speed of this processor, particularly compared to a Pi4, is awesome. I have some decent machines for work (Xeon core) and this Ryzen 5 is plenty fast enough. Added bonus - it plays Geshin Impact that my daughter likes to play - bad news is I get kicked off it now. BUT if I run cygwin I can job off ffmpeg encoding in the background and it still runs EVEN when someone else is logged in - works around Microsoft's "one person per machine" limit. So I can ssh into the box, work on it, daughter can play her game - super. Mesh have fulfilled their promise - speedy delivery, oh and I also got a ASUS keyboard/mouse half price. Seems like decent keyboard.

  My 10 year old PC died on me and I needed to get a Gaming PC ASAP. Mesh saved my life. with the help of a simple upgrading tool I was able to tailor the specs to my requirements. I ended up upgrading my my processor, memory and added a graphics card. The PC arrived earlier than expected. PC is now up and running and is great, Hoping it will last as long as the last one but I can definitely say the I will be going back to mesh in the future.

  First class service, arrived 5 days earlier than expected due date. I had an issue with wi-fi which was my fault (didn’t include a wi-fi card), spoke to tech support who gave me a couple of options. That is now sorted and the machine is excellent. Speed of startup and accessing files and internet is brilliant. Game play is better than I hoped for. If you are looking for a new computer you should check out Mesh computers

In this day and age when customer service seems to be going down the pan the sales, customer service and technical support have have been excellent.
