Well, I've been looking around for a computer for my family for a very long time. I reviewed many websites for the best Service & value for my money.. due to the recent economic crisis, Plus family aren't really computer literate, so i decided to step in & help them. On my research, i came across Mesh Computer. I was very impressed with the website and that i could configure my own specification. After weeks of comparing & putting together a good specification. i decide to place the order.. i was told that the build would take 7-14 working days.. my family were so excited getting their new computer.. I was then call before the 14 days to be told that the computer was ready for shipment and that it would arrive as a next day delivery.. well impress that it was ready before the time given.. I received an email and a Text to give me an 1 hour window for delivery. Computer arrived & after a few days i came around to set it up for my family.. to find that i didn't receive my invoice. i made a call & spoke to a young lady who sent it out in the post which arrived the next day. my parents are so happy with their new computer.. Just wanted to say thanks too "Mesh" for putting a smile on my parents face.
Proud owner of my fourth Mesh computer. Recently needed a new hard drive as the other had become corrupted. 24 hour delivery! However was not quite as simple as out with old in with new and off you go. Chap in Tech Support was mega. Over 2 hours spent analysing problems and getting all working well. Professional, clearly knew his stuff, just the right amount of reassuring humour. Just what was needed!
I have ordered Elite 4790 ATX from Mesh and from he moment the order was made to the moment of delivery Mesh has been nothing but perfect with exemplary customer service. Form their extremely supportive and must admit patient sales team to the wonderful delivery driver who was not just helpful but obliging and very polite.
I must thank the whole team as there was a glitch from my Bank that required verification of transaction, however with the wonderful support from sales team everything as resolved and computer is now in my position. I can not thank Mesh enough for all the support and prompt delivery and excellent packaging.

Purchased a Mesh Matrix A10,June13,which has proved a wise decision. A Software problem occurred which prevented the computer from BOOTING UP. Microsoft was unable to solve the problem, but Mesh Technical Support, whose perseverance and patience returned the computer to its "Go State", without the loss of any files or data.

The service from MESH was second to none during the whole process from speaking to sales to make sure I got what was needed for what I wanted to use my new PC for to its delivery. I wasn't exactly sure it what level of PC I needed but after I spoke with sales they advised me the best way forward without trying to sell additional items (no up selling. Also when I recently upgraded before I was sold the item they checked to make sure that it was ok for my build and giving additional advice.
As a MESH customer for several years now, I can't fault their customer service. My current MESH PC was purchased just under 2yrs ago (in 2012) and was, at the time, one of the top-end systems. Despite being left on all day everyday (off at night), it has never had a problem until about 8wks ago, the screen suddenly went blank with some kind of gobbledegook message about a critical failure. I called MESH, spoke to a very nice guy who took my details and then passed me to the tech guys(sorry I can only remember one name here, Jal?). I was impressed by the fact that the tech guys knew all the details of my system rather than asking me to explain which has happened to me with previous companies. They talked me through a few try this/that scenerios to diagnose the problem. In short, it was a catastrophic SSD failure. MESH said they could collect the PC the following day! But that was too soon as I needed time to pack it up. So they collected it the day after. The usual turn-around for repairs, according to MESH is 10-14 days. However, on this occasion it took nearly 4wks for my PC to be returned. I must say that during this time I made a number of calls to MESH for a progress report and seeing as MESH had to replace the SSD, I chose to upgrade to a slightly bigger SSD. Because of the problem, time taken to source a like-for-like replacement etc. MESH gave me a good deal for an upgrade. I must say I was under no pressure at all to upgrade. The reason it was taking so long to repair was simply that MESH were waiting for the original SSD manafacturer to supply a replacement as it was deemed a faulty product (still under warranty). On the day I finally got the PC back, it wouldn't boot up! Another call to MESH - in short, the graphics card had gone. MESH think it may have been "disturbed" during transit. But, no quibble, they collected the following day(!). Rather than returning the whole PC, the tech guys talked me through removing the graphics card, configuring the system so I could use it without the graphics card while it was being repaired. 14 days later, I received a replacement graphics card. On opening the package, I was, at first, surprised to see a different graphics card, albeit the same spec as the one I'd returned. I called MESH and explained that I thought I'd received someone else's card! I was told that my graphics card was no longer made and had been superceded and MESH had sourced a replacement from nVidia which was a refurbished one. I was reassured by Miq in the returns department that this replacement graphics card would be covered by their warranty and should I have any problems they would happily resolve them. Miq went on to say that as a gesture of goodwill from him/MESH due to the problems I'd experienced over the lasy few weeks, he would be sending me some high-end games. I now have my PC working again and awaiting the games with interest.
MESH, like many companies have niggles/problems but in my opinion are better than most and I would've given 4/5 stars had it not been for his kind and understanding manner coupled with Miq's excellent collection/returns service and the fact that Miq called me to apologise/explain about the refurbished graphics card and offer a goodwill gesture! It is through these actions that I decided MESH deserved a 5/5 rating overall. Also, a lady (reception?) was very understanding and quick to pass my calls to the various people mentioned. We did have a heated discussion during one call but he was excellent in dealing with the situation and agreed with me that if a repair is going to take longer than their stated 10-14 days MESH should inform the customer with a follow-up call/text, email whatever. He assured me that it was something MESH were taking forward. I hope they do as it's one area that could let them down and reduce customer confidence. Jal, the tech guy was excellent in his "talk-thru" and his knowledge of PC configuration, even giving me tips on how to set-up my system to run better. Thank you Jal! As for collections/returns, I have never come across a company that is so quick! Miq certainly deserves a commendation for that.
Finally, I must stress that I have no affiliations or connections whatsoever with MESH or its employees. I am just a VERY satisfied customer. I have recommended MESH to my friends (2 of whom have gone on to purchase systems of varying specs & 1 who is considering a new laptop).
All in all, well done MESH!!
To anyone interested in configuring their own computer I can thoroughly recommend Mesh for the build.From the first call through to delivery and install I had absolutely no issues whatsoever.Whole process from order to delivery was around two weeks,par for the course for a custom build I would say,I was in no hurry and never pushed the order at all.Over the years this is my third custom build from them.
I was able,if the notion prevailed,to check progress on the website, at any time, of where they were with the build.Before dispatch Mesh called me on the number I had given at time of order and confirmed the delivery date and courier details.DPD were,as usual in my experience,spot on with their timing of delivery and the box was presented in perfect order.The computer was packed exactly as I hoped within a large outer box providing more than adequate protection in transit.
At time of install it was a complete breeze, followed the prompts and entered the win 8.1 code from the micro soft label affixed to the top of the case,job done.Specification exactly as ordered.

I purchased a desk top to my own spec, it came on time, every thing as id ordered, top spec, and works great, customer service excellent would use again, and thanks to the team at mesh.
Bought a high spec. desktop pc nearly a year ago. I was very pleased with the salesman who was very helpful.

Although it was 6 days after ESTIMATED delivery date, the product is more than worth the wait. By the way, the website does say within 30 days.
I ordered the Elite G4-i5, upgraded everything bar 1 item (sound card). Excellent feedback when enquiring via email (usually within 2 days). The website keeps up-to-date with product information/tracking.
I would recommend meshcomputers to anyone who can wait for their product. A pre-invoice is given in the 'orders' section of the website, detailing products, prices, contact information.
All products work as expected, including pre-installed software. Once more, the manufacturers show initiative as they saw the chosen SSD as an opportunity to give me faster boot-up. so, they rooted the windows 7 install to there.
The package included spare wires, in static proof bags; the pc, already made, the power lead, user manuals for all products, including disks of drivers ( which act as a backup, as they have already pre installed everything.)
Overall, they seem like a well-oiled company. At least after the renovation through pc peripherals. This is why I've chosen to say I DO RECOMMEND, MESH COMPUTERS IS JUST AS GOOD AS PCWORLD! :)
Now excuse me while I tentatively stroke the pc :D
Side Note- the key for the windows OS will be found STUCK onto the tower.
I ordered a computer from Mesh a few months ago, and due to a change in circumstances I had to cancel my order after the payment had gone through. To my surprise the refund was painless and as easy as ordering the customised computer had been. The person on the phone could not have been more helpful and the refund came through quickly.
I thought Mesh deserved a good review, for the good pre and post sale customer service they have provided!
I had used Mesh in the past and the quality was excellent and I was able to use the computer I received from them for many years. So I bit the bullet and ordered my new PC from them and was given the estimated delivery date of the 23rd of August, however when I received my confirmation e-mail I was informed that it could take up to 14 days.
I received my computer on Friday the 29th of August (which was only 4 days after the estimated delivery date which included a bank holiday). And to my surprise when my PC arrived I found included inside a note from Mesh apologizing for the delay and as a good will gesture they had upgraded the keyboard and mouse I had ordered.
Throughout the building and testing phase I was kept well informed about the status of my order. The delivery of my computer was fantastic as I was kept well informed of the date and time that it would be delivered.
The PC itself is fantastic it runs smoothy and quietly, looking inside the machine it is very well put together with good cable management which came as standard.
All in all a great computer from a great company and I would defiantly recommend them to my friends.
Ok, so I ordered a specific build PC after researching online and found this company to be the cheapest. put my order into the online basket while I waited for a couple more quotes to come back. the sales man left me a phone message to call and see if he could do a better deal than online price so called him back and went thru the specifics if what I needed.
Left it a week and emailed the company for an update on the build etc, they emailed back within ten mins to say the PC was built and just being tested...so far so good. then the following Monday had a call from the company saying the PC would be delivered next day...and it was! 10days from order to delivery.
The PC was perfect. quiet, exactly to spec and have no complaints at all. even came without all the usual bloat ware normally on a PC.

Ordered by phone Matrix A4 computer with Win 7Pro. Advised delivery by end of week Friday 29th March. On Tuesday 2nd April received Email from Mesh and phone call to confirm delivery on 3rd April. Also text from delivery company to advise time of delivery slot.
Arrived on date and time as advised. Contacted support before order for advise by phone, answered immediately.
I Received my custom computer ahead of time, it works really well and doesn't have all those extra installed free trials and performance programs that clog up processing power. I was in contact with customer service alot and often got through to the same person who was really helpful. Will be back for my next one.
I have had a MESH computer since 2005. Not one component has broke. It has been hammered morning, noon and night. It has never put a foot wrong. It has done gaming, graphics (Photoshop stuff) and endless video work. The only thing I have added is more memory. Its still going strong - however an upgrade was well overdue. I approached MESH again having done over a year of research and comparisons using the same components. MESH came out the cheapest. I communicated on line with one of their sales team. I can not thank him enough - he was very helpful and offered me advice as to what CPU, motherboard, graphics card and other essentials that would be best for my needs. He was a star and went far beyond helpful. The whole purchasing experience has been fantastic - Now if the new computer last as long as my old one just think how impressed I will be. Oh I spent £1300 on a high end gaming machine and expect delivery any day....just in case you were wondering.
The order was built and ready for delivery when stated (paid for 5 day turnaround) PC is lovely and no issues,,credit where its due . I called customer services day before the PC was due to be finished and they were very helpful. Delivery company text and emailed the delivery slot to the hours and they were spot on.
As a final year design student I required a computer that was powerful enough for modelling and high quality renders. I had a limited budget and next to no knowledge of custom computers and what I would need to make the computer powerful (yet still within a student budget!). I received a courtesy call from one the team, Miq within a few days. He was very happy to go through what all the components within a computer do and the specs of the design programs I would be using. Computers are expensive, so I wanted to invest my tight budget in something I could also use when I finish my degree (hopefully within furniture design). Therefore I wasn't going to rush into anything and Miq was very patient with me as I barraged him with questions for about a week.
The computer is great and allows me to do everything I needed to do and more, they're still very happy help out with any question I've got about the computer.
What sets this company apart from the others I looked at was the amount of contact and knowledge these guys have of the products they sell and their understanding budget constraints.
I'm already recommending Mesh Computers to everyone know and a great thank you for a great computer!
I received my PC from mesh computers today, and at this point I have no complaints. From other sites I looked at, it was at least 100ish pounds cheaper. The delivery estimate I was given when I placed the order was spot on, and probably a couple of days early. All the components have been supplied correctly (Base unit+Upgraded MoBo+Graphics Card+SSD) If it all continues to go as it has at the moment, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
Ok I was looking around for a new computer for a couple of weeks when i stumbled upon mesh computers. I look at their systems and decided to build one and save the quote. I received a phone call from the mesh customer sales team. the person on the phone was knowledgeable and reassured me and upgraded a couple of things. I am pleased with my purchase and the support I received. I would definately recommend them to other people.
