How To Install*

1. Visit https://www.norton.com/setup on a web browser.

2. Create an account, and if you don’t have one it’s easy, just use your email address.

3. Enter the 25-digit product key.

4. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

  Spoke to Chris who was very helpful in arriving at the best options for a business computer to be used for CAD work. The computer was delivered very promptly and well packed. I 'lifted the lid' to look inside to make sure non of the plug in cards had come adrift during shipping. Everything was OK and all cabling was nicely laid out and clipped. Have been using the computer for about two weeks now and I am very impressed with the speed and quality of graphics when using it for CAD work. Good value for money as well.

  I have replaced my MESH PC (Purchased 2014 Windows 8.1) with an Intel Core I5 CPU Windows 11. My previous machine worked well for 8 years, the MESH website options system for selecting a replacement machine is excellent and the prices competitive.   Had to replug memory cards but now likeing a fast modern computer Windows 11 is a nightmare. One drive integrated caused us to delete lots of documents and pictures. Luck we had a good back procedure in place. Definitely need a major warning about one drive changes.

  Excellent service from Mesh. Ordered computer on Tuesday afternoon over the phone and it was delivered on Friday afternoon. I had various options added to the standard build so only 3 days from order to delivery was impressive. Windows 11 Pro already installed and very easy set-up with local account (no need to login to Microsoft Account). I ordered it with Office Professional Plus 2019, which was pre-installed and just needed the supplied Product Key to activate it after the 30 day trial period. Tip: If you are thinking of buying then order the extra memory 16Gb rather than the standard 8 Gb as Windows always needs more memory over time. You could also consider the i5 12500 processor for the same reason. I wouldn't consider any other company for a replacement computer.

I was using an old slow comp & it was frustrating & when buying this one i had help off the sales guy in what computer to buy & then in setting it up i phoned & had a tech guy instruct me on what to do as at 70 i didnt know exactly what to do. & now ive been using it for 5 days im over the moon. I would reccomend you to anyone. I was told i would get my comp in 5 days so on the Monday, but it came the day after ordering it. & i had it up & fully working that same day. Im 70 years old & as i told the salesman if i liked it i would buy any future computers from you & yes sir i will buy any more computers i intend to buy from you.   The computer is not much different than that from many other computer makers. What sets Mesh apart is the extraordinary customer service. When I first phoned the phone was answered immediately by Chris Johnson and I did not need to speak to anyone else. He and I discussed my needs and then he emailed me a specification and quote. We then had a few exchanges of email in which I requested some changes to the build during which Chris's knowledge and advice was invaluable. He then sent me a final specification and price and the computer arrived three days later. I had told Chris that I would personally install some drives from my old computer and he very kindly included in the box a bag full of screws, cables and other bits and pieces that I would need to do that. I had compared the price with a machine from Chillblast and saved about £200 with Mesh. I am extremely pleased with Mesh. This is the third computer that I have bought from them and they have all been excellent. The customer service was excellent every time.

Set up went well but the upgrade to Windows 11 was tedious with the odd hiccup, helped by quick assistance by tech support. Highly recommend.
